The purpose of coneksion® Integration Platform Support Services is to ensure that our customers’ business processes and workflows are running smoothly when using our cloud-based integration services and solutions. Coneksion® continuously audits, monitors and develops support services and related processes, practices and systems. Coneksion® proactively monitors the cloud services, integration platform and systems, and performs solution health checks, continuous improvement and release planning.

To ensure that your business processes and workflows are running smoothly, while you use our integration solutions, coneksion® allows you to choose from various levels of support to meet your specific needs.

Coneksion® also offers you easy access to our Support Portal while we are processing your requests. You can easily report issues and track them there. During the data integration solution implementation, we teach our customers about the maintenance and administration of their coneksion® solution, as well as the use of the coneksion® Support Portal. You identify your key users who will be the main points of contact with the coneksion® Support Team.

Coneksion® Standard Support Services, and additional Support Services, are initiated automatically through customer acceptance during the handover process to production. You will receive detailed instructions and contact information from coneksion® which ensures a smooth transition from the project phase to the post-delivery support operations.
